BLACKMORGOUL is an independent artist-run brand. All products are made to order and produced by our print partners on demand. Because of this, every item is made just for you — please allow for production time before shipping (see our Shipping Policy).
2. ORDERS
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
- Please double-check your shipping address and size selections at checkout — made-to-order items cannot be changed once production has started.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
- Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered in our store.
4. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Delivery times, tracking, and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.
- Returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, logos, names (including BLACKMORGOUL), images, and content on this site are the property of BLACKMORGOUL and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the item itself — not the rights to the artwork on it.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it through automated means beyond normal browsing.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLACKMORGOUL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
