SHIPPING POLICY — BLACKMORGOUL
Every BLACKMORGOUL piece is printed to order, just for you. That means your order is made first, then shipped — please allow for both steps below.
PROCESSING TIME (MAKING YOUR ORDER)
Most items are produced in 2 to 5 business days. Some items and suppliers can take up to 7 business days during busy periods (holidays, launches). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the production facility.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER PRODUCTION)
- Canada: 5 to 12 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of customs, weather, or carrier delays, especially during the holiday season.
TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your package with the link in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. BLACKMORGOUL has no control over customs delays.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order contains items made by different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout — but contact us quickly at blackmorgoul@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or seems stuck in transit for an unusual time, contact us at blackmorgoul@gmail.com and we will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
